By using RSGH Chat+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RSGH Chat+ is for authorized organization members. Accounts are provisioned by the organization. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account.
Your organization’s administrators may manage users, groups, retention, and moderation policies.
You retain rights to your content. You grant us and your organization a license to host and process your content to operate the Service. The app provides Report and Block features for objectionable content/users.
Messages/alerts are delivered over data networks and push services; delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on the app as the sole means of emergency communication. RSGH Chat+ does not connect to public emergency services.
We may update or discontinue features. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to network issues.
The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g., hosting, messaging). We are not responsible for third‑party terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion is available via the deletion form or by emailing kamleshluchman0@gmail.com.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your organization, unless otherwise required by law. Venue lies in the competent courts of your organization’s principal place of business.
